A DIFFERENT WAY FORWARD
Growth doesn’t require perfection.
Change can feel overwhelming, especially when life asks you to make big decisions or navigate unfamiliar territory. We've experienced our own struggles with change, and we've supported many clients through theirs.
We bring curiosity, compassion, and a belief in your ability to find your way. Together, we'll break things down, make room for what matters, and take things one step at a time.
TWO COACHES • ONE BELIEF
You already have more wisdom, and strength than you may realize.
Anne Gustin
Founder & Coach
Minneapolis, MN
Anne’s path to coaching wasn't a straight line—it was a series of intentional reinventions. After a decade in corporate America focusing on business strategy and earning an MBA, Anne’s life grew richer with the birth of her two daughters. This is when she hit a major transition point and pivoted, spending the next 15 years studying and teaching yoga.
Driven by a lifelong curiosity and a desire to re-engage with her business roots, Anne brought her skills and worlds together. As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Certified Positive Psychology Coach, Anne’s approach perfectly blends strategic thinking and mindfulness with a deep, strengths-based perspective.
Anne understands the profound transformations that occur when we make space to pause and reflect. She finds that the tranquility of nature provides the ultimate canvas for envisioning a new path. To Anne, navigating a life transition is much like a hike: each step requires intention, every turn offers a fresh perspective, and the journey itself reveals unexpected, breathtaking views.
Outside of coaching, you can find Anne skiing, hiking, or spending time with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs on the beautiful lakes of Minnesota.
Sarah Goodwin
Founder & Coach
Portland, ME
After more than a decade building her own wedding and event business, Sarah Goodwin knows what it takes to bring a vision to life. A creative at heart, she spent years turning ideas into experiences, navigating the unexpected, and finding thoughtful solutions when plans took an unexpected turn.
Today, as a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Sarah brings that same creativity and resourcefulness to her work with clients. Through active listening, thought-provoking questions, thoughtful reflections, and unwavering support, she creates space for people to explore what's possible and discover their own way forward.
An avid gardener, Sarah sees a connection between gardening and coaching: neither can be rushed, and both require patience, care, and the right conditions for growth. Sometimes the most meaningful progress happens beneath the surface before it becomes visible.
Outside of coaching, Sarah enjoys horseback riding and exploring the rocky coast of Maine with her husband and three dogs.
